Surfaces that look new again

Pressure Washing

Surfaces that look new again

01Overview

What you can expect.

Driveways, patios, siding, and decks collect dirt, mildew, and algae faster than most homeowners realize. We use the right pressure, the right tip, and the right cleaning solution for each surface — restoring the look without damaging what it's cleaning.

  • Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
  • Patio and pool-deck washing
  • House siding and exterior walls
  • Deck and fence restoration
  • Brick and paver cleaning
  • Gutter brightening and fascia wash

02Materials & options

Pressure, heat, and chemistry for every surface

Too much pressure destroys wood and siding; too little leaves concrete dirty. Here's how we match the method to the material.

  • 01
    Cold-Water Pressure Washing

High-pressure cold water for durable surfaces like concrete, brick, and stone. Best for dirt, sand, and light mildew.

    Best for
    Driveways, sidewalks, patios
    Lifespan / range
    2,000–4,000 PSI
  • 02
    Hot-Water Washing

Heated water cuts grease, oil, and organic stains better than cold water alone. Used carefully on appropriate surfaces.

    Best for
    Oil-stained driveways and commercial concrete
    Lifespan / range
    180–200°F
  • 03
    Soft Washing

Low pressure + cleaning solution. Kills algae and mildew at the root without blasting siding, shingles, or screens.

    Best for
    House siding, roofs, fences
    Lifespan / range
    Under 500 PSI
  • 04
    Surface Cleaner

A spinning deck attachment that cleans concrete evenly without the zebra stripes a wand can leave.

    Best for
    Large flat concrete areas
    Lifespan / range
    20–36 inch decks
  • 05
    Deck & Fence Restoration

Low-pressure wash followed by brightener and optional stain prep. Restores wood without fuzzing the grain.

    Best for
    Wood decks, fences, pergolas
    Lifespan / range
    Varies by wood type

Pro tip

Pre-treat mildew before you blast it

Mildew and algae are alive — if you just pressure-wash the surface, spores remain and grow back in weeks. We apply a mild biocide first, let it dwell, then rinse. The surface stays cleaner longer, and you don't waste money re-washing the same spot every season.

06Ask a pro

Real answers from our crew.

Pressure washing questions we get from homeowners — answered without the hard sell.

QWill pressure washing damage my siding?
High pressure can. That's why we soft-wash siding and stucco — low pressure plus a cleaning solution. We never blast vinyl, wood, or painted surfaces at close range.
QHow long does a driveway cleaning take?
A typical two-car driveway takes 1–2 hours including pre-treatment and rinse. Larger driveways or oil-stained concrete may take longer.
QCan you remove oil stains from concrete?
Fresh oil lifts best. Older, set-in stains may lighten significantly but not disappear completely. We set expectations before we start.
QShould I seal my deck after washing?
Washing is the prep step. Sealing within a few weeks protects the wood and extends the clean look — we can include it or you can handle it yourself.
QIs the runoff safe for my plants?
We pre-wet plants, use biodegradable solutions, and rinse thoroughly after. Delicate landscaping is protected during the wash.
QHow often should I pressure wash my house?
Most DFW homes benefit from a full exterior wash once a year. Shaded sides with mildew may need touch-ups every 6–9 months.
