02Before your visit
Before your visit
A few minutes of prep keeps your appointment on schedule and lets our crew get straight to work.
Clear access to the work area
Unlock side gates, move vehicles out of the driveway if we're washing or working on it, and clear a path to pool equipment, hose bibs, or the roofline depending on the service.
Share gate and alarm codes ahead of time
If we need a code to reach the backyard or the pool pad, send it when you book or reply to your confirmation text. We store access notes with your account, not with the crew's personal phones.
Secure pets
Please keep pets indoors or in a separate room during the visit. Crews use equipment, ladders, and open gates, and we'd rather no one gets startled.
Water and power access
Pressure washing and window cleaning need an outdoor spigot with normal pressure. Holiday lighting and some handyman work needs an exterior outlet. Let us know in advance if either is unavailable.
Move fragile and loose items
Patio cushions, potted plants, door mats, wind chimes, and decor near the work zone should be moved back. If you can't, tell us and the crew will move and replace them.
You don't have to be home
As long as we have access and a way to reach you, you're welcome to be out. We text before arrival and again when the job is complete.
03Scheduling & rescheduling
Scheduling & rescheduling
How our booking windows work and what to do when plans change.
How do arrival windows work?
We book in two-hour arrival windows between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, on Central time. The crew texts you when they're on the way so you're not waiting around all morning.
How far out can I book?
Our online calendar shows availability for the next 30 days. Same-day slots require at least four hours notice so we can route a crew to you.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
Yes. When you finish booking you'll see a confirmation with the date and arrival window on screen, and we follow up to confirm the details of the work.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Call or text us and we'll move you to the next open window. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so the slot can go to another customer. Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
What happens in bad weather?
Rain, high wind, and freezing temperatures affect pressure washing, window cleaning, tree work, and lighting installs. If conditions aren't safe or won't produce a good result, we contact you and reschedule at no charge.
Are you open Sundays and holidays?
No. We run Monday through Saturday and close on major holidays. Emergency requests outside those hours are handled case by case — call and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
04Estimates, pricing & invoices
Estimates, pricing & invoices
Straight answers on what things cost and how you pay.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Every estimate is free, written, and no-obligation. For most services we can quote from photos and property details; larger scopes get an on-site walkthrough.
What can change a quoted price?
Scope changes — more square footage than described, heavy build-up that needs extra passes, additional stories, hard-to-reach areas, or extra work you add on the day. We tell you before we do it, not after.
How do you accept payment?
Cash, check, and major credit cards unless your invoice says otherwise. Payment terms are printed on the invoice.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available through third-party partners for larger projects, subject to their approval and terms. Ask when you request your estimate and we'll send the options.
Can I get a copy of my estimate or invoice?
Call, text, or email us with the service address and we'll resend it the same business day.
Do you require a deposit?
Routine maintenance visits don't require a deposit. Larger projects that need materials ordered up front may, and it will be stated clearly on your written estimate.
05Warranty & re-service
Warranty & re-service
If something isn't right, we come back. Here's how that works.
How do I report a problem?
Call or text within 7 days of the visit with a photo of the issue. Reaching out early makes it much easier for us to identify what happened and fix it.
Will you come back out?
Yes. If work we performed didn't meet the standard we quoted, we return and correct it at no additional charge. Service-specific warranty terms are described on your estimate or invoice.
What isn't covered?
Pre-existing damage, hidden defects we couldn't see, normal wear, new soiling or growth after our visit, and damage from not following the care instructions we leave.
What if something is damaged during a visit?
Our general liability policy covers accidental property damage. We document it immediately and handle the claim directly so you're not out of pocket.
